Background information

The chase through Las Vegas in “Diamonds Are Forever” (1971) made film history. Sean Connery drove the Mustang Mach I through the urban canyons of the gaming metropolis with a mixture of elegance and daring. The absolute highlight: When Bond balanced the massive Mustang on two wheels through a narrow alley - a stunt that went down in film history without digital effects. To this day, this scene is considered a prime example of practical stunt work and the inimitable style of the classic Bond era. With this model you not only honor an iconic movie car, but also the craftsmanship of a time when Hollywood magic was still made by hand.
