Background information:

The original, the Boeing 747, is not known as the jumbo jet for nothing. This huge long-haul aircraft made its maiden flight on February 9, 1969. With its powerful Pratt & Whitney engines, it could lift a takeoff weight of over 300,000 kg and carry 385 passengers over an impressive 9,136 km. With the 747, Boeing created an entire series, with the 747-100 being followed by other variants with increased capacities.

Thomas D. ★★★★★

The 60 parts went together cleanly over an evening, and the 156mm wingspan looks surprisingly imposing for its size. I was worried the 1:390 scale would feel too tiny, but the detail on the fuselage holds up nicely once it's built.

Amelia ★★★★★

The 183mm length is perfect for my desk display, and the wingspan gives it an impressive presence. Assembly took a couple of evenings but the parts snapped together cleanly.

Emily U. ★★★★★

The 60 pieces fit together really well, and the finished 747 looks fantastic on my desk. The wingspan of 156 mm makes it a solid presence, even at 1:390 scale.
