Finally, a brush that holds a sharp point for more than a few strokes—the fine tip on this size 0 lets me nail the tiniest details without any stray hairs poking out. The red sable bristles are stiff enough to control paint flow but soft enough for smooth, even lines.

The pure red sable hair is noticeably softer and more springy than my synthetic brushes, and it holds a tiny drop of paint perfectly for those eyelash-thin lines. I can finally paint crisp, even details without any brush strokes.

The brush holds a good point for fine detail, but the ferrule felt a bit loose after my first model, which was disappointing. It's okay for the price, though, and the red sable hair does pick up paint nicely.
