Even with the smallest 00 tip, the paint glides on evenly without any streaking—the synthetic bristles hold their shape perfectly through a whole session. The 5 brush covers large areas in one pass, so I've stopped reaching for my old set entirely.

The size 5 brush is my go-to for basecoating—it keeps a sharp edge even after a few washes, and the 00 handles fine details without splaying. These synthetic bristles work perfectly with the water-based paints I use, laying down smooth, even coats every time.

These brushes hold a surprising amount of paint without the bristles splaying, which made painting the fine details on my model much easier. The size 00 tip stays sharp for the smallest lines, and the larger ones lay down a smooth, even coat with the Aqua Color paints.
