X wing fighter

The wings actually snap into that classic stacked formation smoothly, and I love that you can leave the chassis off to display the underside detail. Took me a lazy afternoon, but the moving parts are a nice touch for posing on my shelf.

Built it in about an hour without any glue, and the movable wings are a nice touch for posing during dogfights. My favorite detail is how the chassis can be left off to show the internal structure.

The wings actually lock into the X position with a satisfying click, and I love that you can leave the chassis off to see all the engine detail. Assembly took about an hour and the movable parts make it feel much more like a toy than a static model.
